Luxsray offers a variety of handcrafted soy candles and wax melts. We strive to provide accurate product information on the Website. However, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions or images are completely error-free, entirely accurate, or current. There may be slight variations between the product images and the actual product you receive.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders placed on the Website are subject to acceptance by Luxsray. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diner's Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe payments, and PayPal (coming soon). Full payment is required at the time of checkout.

4. Shipping and Returns

We offer standard shipping options and may offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.

Returns: We do not offer returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team within 72 hours of confirmed delivery. You will be required to provide photographic evidence of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label. If our investigation confirms the error, we will issue a full refund for the product, excluding original shipping costs.
