At Lux Candles & Melts, we strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please review our detailed refund and return policy below to understand how we handle these requests.

Returns

We carefully inspect all our products before shipping. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll assess the situation to determine if a refund is warranted.

Unfortunately, due to the high cost of shipping, we do not offer product replacements. All eligible refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Damaged or Defective Products: Notify us within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.
  • Restocking Fees: Returns due to incorrect addresses or non-delivery will incur a 20% restocking fee.
  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Lux Candles & Melts error.

Refunds

Refunds are offered for damaged or defective products, and only after we’ve reviewed your claim. Once your refund is approved, we will process it back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error.
  • Refund Approval: Refunds are only granted after we’ve confirmed the product defect or damage.

Shipping & Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing an order. We cannot guarantee that couriers will deliver to specific apartment units or suites, as they operate under their own guidelines. If your building has a courier box for deliveries, please provide those details at checkout.

  • Return Due to Failed Delivery: If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or undeliverable, a 10% return shipping fee will be applied, and the customer will cover reshipping costs.

  • Reshipping & Restocking Fees: In cases of returned orders, customers will be responsible for any reshipping fees and a 20% restocking fee.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or modified only if they haven’t been processed or shipped. If your order has already been prepared for shipment, cancellations may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
