If you have already checked the shipping status and it is confirmed lost, please contact us an we will start an investigation. Most times lost packages are misplaced in warehouses and arrive a day or so later. We will keep you up to date every step of the way
If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service immediately. To help us resolve the issue promptly, please provide clear images of the entire package and the damaged item within the packaging.
Extremely important: If your order includes a candle, please do not unwrap it. Glass is fragile, and unwrapping a damaged candle could cause injury. Simply take a photo of the candle and its packaging to document the damage.
If you receive a damaged item, please submit clear images of the damaged product and packaging to initiate a damage claim.
Unfortunately, due to high shipping costs, we are unable to offer replacements for damaged items. However, once your claim is approved, we will immediately issue a credit back to your original payment method.
To ensure timely processing, please submit your claim within 48 hours of receiving your order.
